Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering is required;
The ability to work within the programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Java, with proficiency in at least one;
Experience creating and interfacing with developer workflow automation;
Constant desires to improve, learn more, and take things higher.

Essential job functions:

Design, write, read, test, and correct code for digital platform;
Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system;
Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part;
Support the full cycle of design, development, and testing (Agile, Waterfall — be flexible);
Write documentation for new and updated software.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, computer systems engineering or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science;
1+ years’ experience in Data Science;
1+ years’ experience in Python;
1+ years’ experience with SQL;
Expertise in applied Natural Language Processing is an asset.

Essential job functions:

Essential job functions:

Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing projects that support the growth and adoption of the RENEWAMETAL digital platform.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting scrap metal suppliers, international buyers, and individual sellers.
Manage and update the company’s website, social media channels, and digital content to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Coordinate promotional activities, webinars, industry events, and trade show participation to increase brand awareness.
Create marketing materials that highlight the platform’s AI-powered quality verification, sustainability credentials, and logistics features.
Monitor marketing performance metrics, user engagement, and lead generation, and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with business development, technical, and client support teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Diploma or post-secondary education in business administration, customer service, information technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer support, client service, or technical assistance roles is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain digital platform features.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist users with online systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk tools, or support ticketing platforms is an asset.

Essential job functions:

Provide timely and professional support to platform users regarding account setup, subscriptions, listings, transactions, and scheduling services.
Assist users in navigating platform features, including AI-powered quality verification tools and sustainability reporting functions.
Respond to inquiries related to payments, transactions, service usage, and platform functionality.
Identify, document, and resolve basic technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the technical or quality assurance teams.
Support the onboarding of new suppliers, buyers, and partners by guiding them through platform processes and best practices.
Maintain communication with users via email, chat, or phone while ensuring consistent service standards.
Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to support continuous improvements in platform services.
